  • Returns of any order will be considered only if they are made within ‘xyz’ hours of placing the order if it is found in the following conditions
    • The product is not appropriately working
    • The product was delivered in a physically damaged condition
    • The product varies from what was ordered
    • The possibility of the return approval is valid only when the seal or stamp of the package is still intact.
    • All the items must be returned in their original conditions, with original accessories and original box packing.

Cancellation of order
  • Any customer shall be entitled to cancel a booked order from Gloima.com, simply by placing a ‘Cancel Order’ request on our site.
  • Valid reasons for the cancellation are

    • Does not need the product any longer
    • Wrong item ordered
    • Cancellation requests on any product will lead the customer to deduct ‘XYZ amount’ from the total amount of order.
    • The client must ensure that they do not accept the delivery of any product that comes with the damaged or tampered packaging.
    • We all share the equal rights of cancellation without any prior notice, due to the sudden stock finish, or billing issues at the time of the order.
    • In the special cases, 100% of the payment will be refunded to the client within 5-7 business days.
