Developer roller is located in Toner supply chamber. This roller carries the toner from the Supply Bin to the OPC drum for image development and printing. The developer roller is generally a rotatable hollow cylinder surrounding a fixed permanent magnet. The developer roller meters the toner onto the PC drum.
Damage can occur from wear or rough handling, causing print defects including light print, repeating patterns and streaks.
